We will be adding new locations regularly. If you wish to use our services please email jenny@florencelaundrycompany.com or call (843) 933-5020 with your information, we may be able to add you to one of our routes.

Paid Subscriptions: Charged on the first of the Month with weekly pickup and delivery dates scheduled at the beginning of each month.

How does the pick-up and delivery work?

A Florence Laundry Co Valet will pick up and deliver Monday - Sunday 6am - 9pm 

Basic Wash & Fold is processed and delivered typically in 2 business days. (ex. Monday pick-up delivered back to you no later than Wednesday. *Saturday pick-up is delivered on the following Monday. * We do offer express laundry service for overnight pick-up and delivery for an advance fee of $25.

Upon completion of your booking online we will email you to inform you of a delivery date and time and return your items to the respective location per your instructions.

* A $10 fee is applicable for missed delivery or pick-up. However, to avoid fees just let us know 24 hrs in advance of any time changes. REMINDER: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE THERE for pick-up or delivery. (garments will need to be available for pick-up at a specified time, and the balance paid via email or phone call before delivery)

How do I pay?

We do accept cash, however, most clients pay via an invoice sent by email or subscribe to our monthly service. We also accept Credit Card payments via phone call. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery, and Credit Card payments are expected to be paid before the delivery route.

What if I miss a payment or an invoice goes unpaid?

We understand that mix-ups happen, so we will give you ample amount of time to resolve any payment issues. However, if a subscription or an invoice goes over 30 days past due Florence Laundry Company has to right to cancel your services without notice. If you would like to resume services, all amounts due will need to be paid upfront along with the new service you are attempting to schedule.

How do I prepare my items for pick-up?

It is preferred that all items are contained in reasonably sturdy bags. Special service items should be in a separate bag and labeled with instructions. When placing your order give instructions as to where you would like your order to be picked up and returned.

*Using a provided FLC Laundry bag or your own basket or recyclable bag is kind to the Earth <3

What if I am not home?

You don't have to be home. Most of our clients usually aren't. Instruct us as to where to pick up and deliver your order. Remember Florence Laundry Co is not responsible for the safety and security of items left unattended.

Can you remind me before my pick-up day?

Yes! We always send you a reminder text the day before pick-up so you never have to remember. 

​

What if I miss my pick-up or delivery? 

A $10 fee is applicable for missed pick-up and delivery orders without 24 hours prior notice. Remember, you do not have to be there, just instruct us on how to handle your order ahead of time.

How will you process my Wash & Fold order?

Upon receipt of your order, we sort your items according to whites, lights, darks, and special service items. Your items are never washed with anyone else's. Whites are always washed in hot water with Tide & Oxyclean and during the regular wash cycle, we use Clorox bleach. Colors are washed in warm/cold water. During the pre-wash cycle, we use Tide along with Clorox 2, a stain fighter and color booster, and Downy Clean Breeze (blue cap) fabric softener.  All laundry is dried with medium heat. Your laundry is then folded, weighed again, and sorted into groups to make putting them away as easy as possible. 

Your clothes will always come back to you clean, fresh, and neatly folded saving you hours of time and loads of energy!

Special service items will be processed per instructions. ie. hand wash and hang dry.

** If you are All Natural we may use Seventh Generation unscented. Please indicate at the time of order.

Do you have a guarantee policy?

Florence Laundry Co stands by our quality and service. While in our care, we take responsibility for your garments up to 10 times our charge for processing them. Sometimes we may decline an item after being spot-checked at our facility. This only happens when we find a garment that already has too much wear and tear or is too fragile to care for. We do not take responsibility for items before or after drop-off. Please choose a pick-up and drop-off location that you are comfortable with.

What is your policy on re-cleaning? 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your garment care, we will re-clean your garment or refund your full cleaning cost to you without question.
